"Breast cancer is a horrible, horrible affliction/experience. The main point of me spending even a second on this review is the fact that some people involved in realms where the patient is under extreme emotional duress you would think that employees would be screened to be at least slightly pleasant and those in charge of scheduling would have a semblance of intellect regarding something as simple as knowing where they are in fact located so that people could actually attend their appointment! Family member having biopsy. Prescription given lists hospital address which is 15585 whereas the radiology department where the procedure is being conducted is a dozen steps inside the 16151 address. You could Google map this and it is absolutely beyond ridiculous that the first address would be listed rather than the latter.This has you driving all over the place trying to figure out where you're going. Perhaps those in charge of issuing directions should beforehand have an understanding of where they are? Called the radiology department very politely explaining how confusing this was during an already stressful time and was met with a very unpleasant reception from the woman answering the phone. Explain multiple times that the prescription does not coincide with the address. Had it explain to me that there is construction which is blatantly obvious and completely irrelevant to the fact that the prescription has the wrong address listed. Very scary dealing with people that do not understand plain common sense when it is presented simply and politely. Even worse when they become irritable and extremely rude. It's a shame that phone conversations like this cannot be recorded by the caller, wouldn't that be a great thing to put on a review? (If you take the time, it would be very simple to establish that 98% of my reviews are glowing and complimentary. It takes someone who is significantly abrasive/rude/condescending or just plain mean for me to waste my time reflecting upon such unpleasant experience.)"

"I had my mammogram last week. From the time I walked in, I was greeted then went to another desk and checked in. These two ladies were wonderful. My tech Wanda was so nice and kind. I have had mammograms for years, and Wanda by far is the best!!"
