I had given 95% of the information over the phone… before getting disconnected, on the very first call. The confirmation CALL BACK was quick & delightful. I had a wonderful chat with the scheduler. The office is very considerate regarding our privacy. I LOVE THIS PART. The appointment application was mailed to me. It wasn’t invasive at all & specifically targeted questions regarding “relative” medical history only, in two pages. Insurance & co-pay information were cleared before the visit. No wait to settle; you’re in & out… BUT it was the diagnosis & treatment plan, that sent me over the moon. Im definitely satisfied & looking forward to my next visit.
