"My doctor is amazing! Staff is not, not helpful and very rude. They always ask patients to wear a mask but they have their masks under their chin and noses, when I walk in they put them up. Make it make sense? Had trouble with my prescriptions being sent to my pharmacy either. If I could switch OBGYN offices I would in a heart beat."

"My obgyn is out on maternity leave so I was told that Dr. Ferrucci would be able to assist with my problem. Appointment went absolutely well. I called today 2/1 to let them know that I’m having some issues with the B/C that was prescribed to me and was told that he would call me back. I got a call back, I want to say I was speaking with an MA because I doubt it was an receptionist but im telling her my problems and she completely did not care. She told me to call a DOCTOR!!! Then when I proceeded to tell her that that’s exactly what im doing because he’s a doctor she then told me to tough it out. As a woman I never thought that I would hear another woman tell me that. I’m definitely don’t think I would ever step foot in here again. This is the reason why black women do not trust doctors because they don’t take our issues serious."

"Unfortunately I am forced to give this doctors office a bad rating because their management. I was billed for routine bloodwork done around 20 weeks. My insurance covers this standard and normal work that every single pregnant woman receives. The doctors office billed it with the wrong code according to my insurance so they couldn’t pay it until the billing code was corrected. I called and left messages with the office manager 6 times over 4 months and she never returned my call. I am now stuck paying $400 worth of bills my insurance would cover. I have to pay it or it goes on my credit. If any Henry Ford doctors are reading this, please speak to the office manager who is in charge at the OBGYN residents clinic. It is horrible I’m paying something my insurance covers. I plan on having a third baby and I am very sad I can’t return here because I LOVE the doctors but I can’t pay for bills my insurance covers. The Receptionist said this happened to others too! Very poor management"
