"This hotel is seriosly gross the furniture is broken like every piece if ots even still in the room. The walls at dirty theres rust and mold in the bathroom tub and sink and on walls where air conditioner meets at the wall. The carpet is horrid the curtains stained everything u could imagine being stained broken and dirty is!! The owner manager is decent enough tho very friendly and as accommodating as he can be with what hes been given i suppose. It is very cheap like 35 a night i think and 300 week but seriosly i dont even think its worth that!!!"

"It’s peaceful, private access the river, 3 fast food within 1/4 mile hike! Dollar store, autozone and laundromat! Pets r allowed for additional $! Management have very low tolerance for disruptive ones! And, they would call the police, and ask for a no trespassing citation warning! The downside is it’s bedbug infested! Rooms have a distinct sour odor! They don’t allow non guest to park in their lot even just to peek at the river! (Parking is allowed if management is paid, for determined amount of time) Parking is safe! Safer especially nearer to the river! Parking lot lights aren’t usually lit, they may not work? (Or to save on costs) They rent daily, or weekly, probably monthly! Nearly all the guests stay at least weekly? I rarely stay, possible 1 night every two years! I rather park at the public access, (quick left, a slight meander to lot) sleep inside my van! Public access has an outhouse, nearly always equipped with toilet paper! Once in great while the outhouse is flipped on side, or someone has the grossest diaria all over the place! As far as this area, no riff raff for atleast 2, miles away! One bus run hourly connecting downtown Elkhart and Mishawaka! (I believe last bud is at 6pm?) Not bad if one enjoys lone peace & fish! Bars are atleast 3 miles away! Looks like a gas station is being built by the motel!"

"Aging infrastructure with no improvements. Locks don't work on some of the doors. The only security when your inside your room is the chain which a good kick would break it. No maintenance and cockroaches. Notice how they installed a hasp for a padlock. You could easily be padlocked inside your room if a shifty character took a notion to."

"We will call the health department. The sink did not work. The shower did not drain. The sheets were dirty. The room was unclean, and the other guests were shouting at each other. Did not get much sleep. Had to brush teeth with my bottled water. Really bad experience."

"Thanks for showing a garbage business model, and STEALING money from me. I cancelled my reservation a month in advance, and was ASSURED that i wouldnt receive any penaltys for doing so. Fast forward a month and a half i check my bank statement to see you guys pulled 180 from my account. called and asked and i was told it was a NO CALL NO SHOW. Amazing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES"
