"Manager was unreasonable. Rules, I guess, not correct as it says 14 and up can swim alone and they kicked my friend out and us even though we are of age. Room was tiny and bed was very uncomfortable. You take a shower and it floods the whole bathroom floor. Service was nice it was just the manager that wasn’t. Pool was also freezing and I saw no hot tub. Outdoor area overlooked a store."

"Location puts you across the street from Meijers and there are plenty of very good restaraunts with half a mile. Mission BBQ, Italian, Cheddar, Raising Canes, and plenty more places to choose from. You are not far from the mall either. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and they have toiletries like shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast is hot and plenty of options. Check in is simple."

"Came here for one night. Staff is nice and courteous. Breakfast was busy due to a hockey team booking half the hotel, but the staff was quick with the food. Room was nice and good enough for one day. Had microwave and fridge. The only thing was the coffee machine in room was dirty. I got coffee in the lobby was available 24hrs a day. Overall a great value and located in a nice area."

"The room was so incredibly small. Strange room layout. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. And the breakfast was decent."

"I stayed with a friend who was visiting. The room had an odd layout. The shower curtain had been jaggedly cut too short (to remove mold?) to properly do its job and even the most careful shower left you with a wet floor. The heating/cooling unit was very noisy and we were either too cold or too hot. What they called a kitchenette was a counter with a microwave, a coffee maker, a sink, and a small refrigerator. Other places I've stayed had kitchenettes with a few dishes and flatware. Breakfast was adequate. In general the building and grounds were clean and well maintained. Signage to parking was confusing."
