"I lived out here from 2009-2011 on the North side . I loved it here it was nice in the summers and falls to walk around the pond . My parents lived out her as well as my brother . We met some good friends and had the most fun . I would diffinly move here again and recommend living here . Idk know about the staff now I'm sure everyone is gone that worked there when I was there . But it's a beautiful place to live"

"Decently priced single bedroom apartments especially for college students. The apartment came with an alarm system which is great! I lived on the bottom floor and had a lovely fenced in yard. It’s really nice to have a view of the pond. However, my biggest complaint is how thin the walls are here! You can literally hear every LITTLE thing especially on the bottom floor. Parking here is pretty limited too. Overall very nice apartments and friendly neighbors!"

"The first night I moved in, I started noticing bed bugs on the walls. I immediately left and called the management, who tried to claim that I might have brought the bed bugs in on the uhaul when I moved. This, despite the bugs literally crawling out of the walls (particularly a crack under a window). They released me from the lease, but ultimately I have had to spend a great deal of money repeatedly renting a uhaul and having my things fumigated after being in the apartment. There was clearly a large infestation in the walls that they need to deal with before anyone else moves into these apartments."

"We loved living at Remington Court! We ended up moving away after just a year but we really enjoyed our time here. Management staff are lovely, maintenance staff are quick and responsive for both routine and emergency matters. Apartment units are no-frills but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the view of the pond from our patio. Would highly recommend!"

"I moved to my apartment in February and could not be happier. The apartments are extremely clean and the staff is great. I live in a one bedroom on the second floor and haven't had any problems. The best thing about the complex is the community. It is very quiet and everyone I have met is welcoming. The walls are a little thin but with such nice neighbors I haven't had an issue. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to live!"
