"The only thing with this hotel is there is no complimentary breakfast. I have never been to a Holiday Inn who didn't ha ve it. Please note, they do have breakfast you can order. The brrakfast menu options were okay."

"We stayed at this holiday inn on Christmas night, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was so pleasant, accommodating and nice. We got in late at night on Christmas and were welcomed in with a smile and food. In the morning, the breakfast service was fast and so pleasant- I felt like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant!!"

"I have been staying here 1 night a week for the past 2 months, and this is one of the best holiday inns I’ve been too. FOH always makes me feel welcomed, which helps while out on the road. Rooms are a bit oversized compared to most other holiday inns I’ve stayed at. I’ve never questioned the cleaning protocol of the housekeeping staff. In 2 months, the only issue I’ve had, was housekeeping accidentally forgot to restock towels once before check-inn. This minor issue was quickly addressed by FOH, with no inconvenience to myself."

"Hotel rooms were clean and hotel is pretty kept up. For a Holiday inn I guess you could be hit and miss on the quality of the hotel but this one seemed good. Decent bar downstairs free breakfast in the mornings. Service overall was good and location was pretty good for attending the Notre Dame game. Fair price and reasonable I would recommend just knowing that you're getting a holiday inn, but it's good and clean and worth the money."

"We travel for martial arts tournaments all over the country with a group of other families. We usually have at least 2 tournaments a year in South Bend. We had booked a room block at a hotel downtown South Bend but that hotel cancelled our block early. On a bit of a whim I called this hotel and booked a small block of rooms for our remaining families. I only booked it because we have a lot of kids who love to hang out in pools after a sweaty day at the tournament since I heard the pool was nice and warm. 1. The sales manager, Tawn was very nice and easy to deal with. No nonsense. We only booked a small block but she treated us the same as if we booked the whole hotel. 2. The pool area was very nice and the pool was nice and warm. Many of our younger kids like the pool party after the tournament better than the tournament itself. 3. The hotel was nice, clean and the front desk stuff was pleasant. We will be in South Bend again in about a month and we already booked another bigger room block so that all of our families can stay together. This is definitely going to be our new go to hotel for the South Bend area. The most important thing was that all of our kids had fun"
