Candlewood Suites Mishawaka, an IHG Hotel

"This place was amazing. Great view from our window. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious for the price. We will certainly recommend and of course stay there again. Thank you."

"My stay at candlewood suites was nothing short of a disaster. I checked in the hotel and things started off bad when we seen roaches in the hotel room. And then went to work. While I was at work my wife called to tell me the police had been called and they were asking her questions about being held at gunpoint. Which makes no sense considering I don't even own a gun. They asked her to leave the property. I left work early to come talk to the hotel staff and upon entering the hotel I was asked to leave immediately. The hotel staff was incredibly rude. I will never stay at another IHG hotel after the rudeness , lies and money wasted on this stay."

"Love the room. Beds were super comfortable and room had everything we needed. Only issue is the remote hardly worked for the tv. Staff were great, good water pressure, and all around great stay."

"A staff member tried to force himself in my room after I extended my checkout one hour. I told him I’d be out in a minute as it was five minutes before checkout and then he tried using the key card TWICE to get in, I then asked him to stop as the latch was up and I was in the room with my baby, changing. He then tried to convince me to come outside the room to talk to him and I said no that I would speak to him at the desk. I felt very uncomfortable and would not stay here again. The room was very moist, dishes dirty & when I left, the room across from me had fans blowing on the mattress that had mold stains on it. I called and complained and nobody returned a call out of courtesy to apologize for the situation at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place compared to other hotels in the area."

"Perfect for what we needed for one night while driving cross country. Our room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived but Chris was super quick in moving us to a new one. It smelled a little but it was clean and had a mini fridge for us to store some car snacks. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well with the comforter and AC. The Dove toiletries are a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a few minutes off the highway with tons of food options and a Target and Walmart nearby if you need anything."
