Grand inn Motel

"This is the worst experience I've ever had at a motel by far. The front desk clerk was belligerent, hostile and verbally combative. We had a tv that didn't work properly and simply wanted another room, and were treated like a dog with a refusal to reconcile the problem. A simple problem considering the $340 tab."

"The hotel didn't "look" that bad but .... they denied a REGISTERED service animal. Said you have you pay 100 dollars more for room to have a service animal..THATS ILLEGAL!!! I really don't believe they deserve the one star but had to give something..."

"Although our door lock broke in our room. The staff was attentive enough to bring the manager in and get us into our room asap as well as had the lock repaired. The motel 6 staff was excellent. Slight inconvenience with the door but A1 service from the wonderful staff. Thank you motel 6 for excellence"

"The people that's in Motel 6 aren't supposed to come to the Grand inn side so at night time people pay the night shift to be allowed at this end which is wrong if they're not supposed to be over here. One of the workers allowed someone to come in my room to get my name and called the police on me for harassment and I wasn't even here I was at an interview with my girlfriend and the worker's aren't supposed to let others in my room so to stay here is a bad idea cause if they allow this there's no telling what they're capable of!"

"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is something to be commended. Top-notch for a motel like this. That being said, the rooms tend to be a bit run-down. Outlets that don't work, showers that don't get cold or hot water, etc. I know it's an extended stay, but I wouldn't recommend extending your stay too long."
