"2 stars. Using the app to order. The app is easy to use but the internal server for this location is ALWAYS down. It'd be great to be able to order. Even if the wait time was increased a couple minutes. So far the staff that we've encounted have been nice. The only complaint is the server."

"When I go to Taco Bell, I always try to go in and order. Most of the time, I have to check the bag to make sure I ordered 3 Taco Supreme. About 75% of the time, I end up getting just 3 plain tacos. I go back to the register and show the mistake they made. They correct the order and they say I can keep the regular tacos. I hate using the drive thru, cause if I make it home and check it there. It feels like I was robbed."

"Had issues with how my food was made. But, the kids that was working. Was amazing and fixed it right away. While the older gentleman said that they don't remake food. No matter how horrible that it is. So, thanks to the young guy that didn't listen and remake my food and my autistic sons taco."

"Order was actually accurate but the portions were a joke.. soft tacos had hardly any meat and was filled mainly with lettuce. Spicy potato soft tacos had maybe 5 potatoes on them and no spicy sauce. The food isn't like this at other locations, maybe they cutting down on portions to pay for their new remodel."

"Someone please tell either whoever is putting the food together or whoever is wrapping the food that the NEW DIPPING TACO needs to be DIPPABLE. They either tossed my burrito on top of it and cracked it all to hell or they just sent through a broken taco. How am I supposed to DIP the taco when the taco is BROKEN??? Only got to dip 2 bites and then it was a regular taco, or nachos I guess! Horrible. $4 for a taco that I can’t even dip, you’d think if you’d advertise it you’d make sure when you send it through that it’s dippable. Do better"
