"Ordered the sweet bacon whoppers, 2 cist just under $29 with extra bacon jam. The burgers were ICE COLD! Not acceptable. We returned them, got our money back & the staff made us a replacemdnt whopper that was warm, not great, but it was a nice gesture."

"Yep same deal as another customer waited at the speaker for 10 minutes with nobody in front me or behind me and kept being told to hold on so I kept backing up and going forward so it would tell them someone new pulled up and was greeted with hold on again. Crazy almost made me late for work. I don’t expect this location to be in business to much longer"
"We waited in the drive through for 5 minutes behind ONE car. So we pulled around to go in. We went in and waited to be served. Not one employee even acknowledged us. Not one employee smiled. They had ONE order on the screen. When an employee finally turned around. She still didn’t even acknowledge that I had greeted her. She walked over to the register and asked if I was ready to order. We walked out. As we pulled out the same truck was still at the speaker. Still not ordering. How do you expect to run a business like that? If I had been a secret shopper the entire staff would have fail. Poor poor service. Will never visit this BK again. Not even worth the effort."
"Cold burger, burnt chicken, WET onion rings, old fries, and mozzarella sticks that taste like cardboard…10/10 do not recommend, very disappointed. I just wanted to take my sister to lunch :("
