"This restaurant is absolute trash! Last night I got a very terrible experience from this restaurant that made me never want to go to another Wendys ever again. I made an order on my app and when I we went to the restaurant to pick up my order it was closed. We pulled up to the drive thru only to find the staff rudely pushing us out. Apparently the restaurant had a grease fire an hour ago and the restaurant was closed. The app still took my money and when we tried explaining that to them at the restaurant they yelled at us and ignored what we were saying that we needed a refund. They then rudely said we had to contact the services on the website and app. The customer service team won’t even take my call. This isn’t the first time we’ve had horrible service from this location and I’m never eating at a Wendy’s ever again."

"placed an order online at about 7pm (the store is open until midnight and this was not a holiday) and waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker and at the window. 2 employees were inside, sitting down. tried to go inside but the doors were locked, i finally ended up calling them about 10 times and when the very rude employee picked up, she said "were not open cant you tell?" no i couldnt tell because all the lights were on and the online ordering app was active."

"Gave me fries that were practically frozen still. Undercooked completely. Burger was ok and nuggets were also not cooked. There was no line so not sure what the rush was to not cook the food. Won't be going back and I work within walking distance."

"The accuracy of my order was horrible. Even after repeats. Double no cheese, no onions, & no tomatoes; with bacon and extra lettuce. To receive a double cheeseburger with no nothing but bun, ketchup, and pickles. Blueberries pomegranate lemonade very very, very tart too."
