"I stopped into the Arby’s tonight. The new one that they just rebuilt on Eureka in Southgate, ordered $40 worth of food. The order was screwed up. I did not get two curly fries that I ordered. There was no reason that this order should’ve been messed up with four people at the window two people receiving the Food to make the order and then the person that passed me the food. It’s ridiculous. The food was horrible. The market fresh sandwiches are nothing like they used to be, The roast beef has definitely decreased in taste and texture, I would think that there would be a more of a assembly line process as many people that were standing around a $40 order should of NOT got messed up. What a shame I will never be back there again."
