"I hadn't been to Taco Bell in quite a while and wasn't quite ready for the old kiosk thing. But it didn't take long to figure it out so it wasn't bad. But I was paying with cash so somebody had to come to the counter anyway so I don't see the point really."

"I wish I could say what the food tastes like but after 3 times ordering through their app and waiting an hour to pick it up they have cancelled on me because "we don't want to make 5 tacos for you, and there's nothing you can do about it." Please give them a raise or fire some of the staff, they obviously don't care about doing their jobs."

"If I could give a 0 star rating I would being that both times myself and my partner have come here late at night we have approached the driver thru and been told that the "system was down" and that the kitchen was out of basic items like chicken or beef. We were instructed to place a mobile order and both my partner and I tried to do this from both of our phones when one didn't work and still our payment wouldn't go through. So we never got our food and the trip from home was a total waste of our time for a second time. Very disappointed with the service here."

"I ordered a chicken power bowl, removed about 4 items and added beans. As someone who spent 2 years of their life at Taco Bell, this is recognizably an easy order. It took about 8 minutes for anyone to take my payment at the register and get my order sent back (don’t be fooled, they had more than enough staff, and instead of calling whoever was in charge of front counter, they chose to stare at me like a gaggle of deer standing directly in the path of a Ford 450.) When I received my food, I was missing the singular item I added and paid extra for. No beans. Again, working at a Taco Bell before, I tried to be nice going back in and let them know I was supposed to have beans. The strange boy with glasses confirmed my order had beans, said “yeah” and stared at me blankly. Did nothing else except look at me through heavily squinted eyes. Confused and frankly bewildered, I asked if I could have it remade, or even just get a side of beans. How nice of them it was to remake my food and include the beans this time, but LEAVE OUT THE CHICKEN. By the time my order even reached the kitchen, the drive thru had no orders, and the front counter orders are made at a completely different station. What is wrong with you guys? How on earth do you mess up an order twice, when you have to add LESS ingredients to a dish than typical, and you have ZERO other orders to handle? Ridiculous."

"Came here tonight on 4/2/2022 & spent $23.83. Didn't receive my 4 dollar taco, my Pepsi didn't taste anything like Pepsi & I'll let the pictures explain this rating. Didn't even bother calling. We just won't ever be back to this location. Laziness at its finest."
