"First time at this location, we were through. I had the craving for White Castle, so we stopped from start to finish the ordering process to the paying and getting of the food. Everyone was so nice. They were also attentive, and the order came out perfect and fresh. It is not always the case nowadays with drive-thru food. Thank you, everyone, for the care to detail. We will be back for sure."

"The entire experience was surprisingly incredible! We first walk in and greeted by a young lady asking if we are ready to order, we ordered a 9 PC Chicken Rings, 2 bags of fries and a Crave Clutch, One side no cheese and one side cheese, with onions and mustard. We asked about a military discount and was asked if we wanted that because the Crave Clutch already had a discount, we asked just to add the discount that makes the total cost less and then paid for the food. The food after about a 5 minute wait and it was all fresh! The fries were piping hot and very crispy, the chicken fingers were fresh and crispy as well and the sliders were the best! They had melted cheese, a decent amount of mustard and pickles and a ton of onions! Not to mention the customer service was over the top! You could tell they weren’t faking happiness, more so that they were generally happy to be there! I even asked for a new lid and straw and she was happy to give it to me! She was even nice and told me to wait two seconds as she was making the food! I told her to have a blessed day and I tell ya she was happy and said “You too!”. The best experience ever, I recommend it to anyone!"

"I usually don't get white castle but I work at a nearby school and have gone to them a couple times on my lunch break. I gotta compliment the staff here, they are hardworking & always friendly/kind. Noone ever looks irritated here lol so green flag for me.. super friendly people and never had an issue with the food either even though whities isn't really my thing."

"First ever visit to a White Castle and our experience was pretty meh. We had ordered a half dozen burgers and were asked if we wanted condiments on them, to which we said yes, but they all came plain. I mean they tasted ok but on the dry side of things. Staff was pleasant enough though but we were hoping to have a good experience. Aside from that it seems to be located in a convenient area, plenty of parking also."
