"My only issue is the pull up/parking/waiting nuisance. I don't feel it's convenient or easy to maneuver if you have to pull up to the main entrance doors to pick up or drop off. Becomes very congested as well as a nuisance for those that live here. Things would be much smoother and less chaotic with additional doors and drive up similar to the entrance way."

"Unfortunately, there are way too many flooding issues that flow down to lower floors (septic pipes and water pipes) and no other living arrangements are made for the tenants it affects. Best to have renter insurance!"

"I find tower 80 to be a great place to live! It’s close to a lot of great places including Mustard Seed Market, Chipotle, and Aladdins. The living spaces are nice and the management is even nicer! They’ll go out of their way to help you and always greet you with a smile. If you run into them around the building they’ll say hello and check to see how your day is going. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, safe place to live."

"Lived here for 3 years. The apartments are nice and clean. The location is great. But the management is HORRIBLE. They never answer your calls and are barely available. Only couple of nice staff and the rest of them are pathetic. The door man is usually a 70 year old person who can barely help you with any of your needs. It’s a nice place to live for a person in his/her retirement age but young professionals can find much better places to live. I found the apartment vibe to be very boring as majority of the residents are above 70 years old."

"In my humble opinion, the building is in an awesome location. I love the fact that I have my own balcony (the view over the city from my apartment is AMAZING!) and dining/bars/shopping are all in walking distance. The building itself has an indoor pool, hot tub, rec room, party room, and library in which the residents barely utilize. And it's quiet! Now the bad parts: Rent is pretty high, tenant pays ALL utilities, and the apartments are outdated for the price you pay. You do have to pay extra to park in the garage. I think that pretty much sums up my experience."
