"This apartment is one the best in the area. The apartments are close to so many things that you can walk to and enjoy (schools, the Greene, a gas station, and the Rec center), there is a park that is basically in the apartment and so fun for kids to play on. The management is the best, Tim is one of the nicest people ever and whenever we need something he’s very understanding and whenever we have a problem in the apartment Dan comes in the same day and fixes things perfectly. I am so thankful for the management."

"Ali and crew are very attentive and accommodating. The maintenance crew takes excellent care of the property. The location is central to dining, recreation, and shopping."

"I never lived here but live in the area. Where I live were only responsible for electric as gas and water is covered. What utilities are tenants at this unit responsible for because I was supposed to tour the spot."

"This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any apartment complex! From the application process, living here over a year, and the renewal of my lease, I cannot say enough positive things. I was struggling to find an apartment a year ago due to lack of rental history and some credit issues, but Tim (the property manager) worked with me and made sure I was able to smoothly get through the application process and had me in a beautiful apartment in no time. You can't go wrong with the amenities either - a pool, a park, and beautiful scenery all around. Any time I've had a mantienance issue, it has been resolved promptly by Dan, who is so friendly as well! I was sincerely hoping I could renew my lease here since I've enjoyed living here so much, and upon meeting with Tim again, I was grateful to have an easy, streamlined experience with this as well. It was a huge relief to know I could stay in the comfort of this complex and not have to go through the struggle of moving in the middle of Ohio winter. If you are debating calling or applying, do it! Thanks again to Thirty 43's team for making this a wonderful place to call home! :D"
