"Toured this place once. It was ok. The lady that gave us our tour was kind of boring and wasn't really reliable to give us any info on the apartment complex. Might not recommend living there. Might not recommend touring it either."

"Going on here 4 months now I figured I could make an informed opening on this complex. Noise? One of the quietest places I have lived; no loud parties, cars, music, etc. neighbors? Cannot hear them, cannot hear me. Bugs and such? Not in my spot. Staff? They changed and are 100% on the game. Management is on point!!! I was honestly concerned before I moved in here because of the review's but my opinion, I am glad I ignored them."

"Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Absolutely trash place to live, all of management is rude(the manager, the owner, and maintenance man) are all rude and unpleasant, allthough the manager that was here when I first got in was Tasha and she was recently fired, now we deal with the owner, she’s a rude, demanding, and nosey, She asked one of my elderly neighbors on ssi and asked “how do you manage to pay rent” on 3 other occasions I have seen the owner lady being loud, rude and demanding with other residents, we are moving out of here tomorrow and couldn’t be happier. There’s an infestation in quite literally every building they have, roaches, I have seen them PLENTY of times, bed bugs, I also have seen them in the hallways, flies are terrible here, they don’t treat the grass so bugs come as they please! The owner lady, has been informed of this NUMEROUS NUMEROUS times by PLENTY of the other residents that live here, and still nothing is done about it. Upon moving in they told us we got a unit that had just been recently “renovated” the unit I’m in came with old paint on the walls that was dirty like it had never been scrubbed before, damage all through the unit( cracked corner beams cracked ceiling, moldy baseboards, drywall that had gotten wet and dried out and deformed itself. Overall the WORST place I have ever lived/seen before! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE there are so many better apartments in the Dayton area for around the same price or even cheaper with more amenities and better management. -10/10 for overall sloppy property management. Wouldn’t recommend this place to even someone I hate."

"Google won't let me give a lower rating, but they are absolutely useless. Won't come fix your apartment when asked repeatedly, the management group acts like they have no responsibility to the tenants. You couldn't pay me to move back here. I think its inevitable that they're going to be taken to court for the way they treat their tenants, my only regret is that I couldn't afford to sue them myself, given how many times they were in violation of my lease. I had to actively pursue them to get my deposit back. Do not live here."

"I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews but I've had a really good experience here so far. Last year I had to move out on my own in a pinch and was looking a cheap place in a good area. Sort of in a desperate situation. Despite the reviews, I took my chances here. Got a studio here on the 2nd floor. My neighbors are nice, I don't have any issues with bugs or roaches (however in the summer I found fleas a couple times, but I think that's because my neighbor down the hall owns a cat and used to leave her apartment door open for the cat to roam around. This was only an issue for a short time. Now the neighbors cat stays inside and I haven't had any flea issues. But even then, when I brought it up to management they went in and sprayed something to fix it). It stays fairly clean. I think they clean the hallways a couple times a month. The maintenance guy is always on top of any issues I have. They've changed apartment managers 3 times in the past year, but even then they've all been very nice and help me with any concerns. Never had any issues with car break-ins. I feel very safe here. I guess besides the one-time flea incident, the only thing I could complain about is that my downstairs neighbors smoke and I can smell it strongly when I open my utility closet or under-sink cabinet. But that's no big deal since the smell doesn't seem to get through to the rest of the apartment."
