"I’ve live here for over a year and I’ve loved every moment of it. The girls in the office are always pleasant and helpful. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of super quickly. The complex is quiet and well kept. I think the only “issue” is the parking. But there’s always gonna be a parking issue no matter where you are. Moving is such a pain in the butt, so I’m happy I found a home that I love!"

"My fiancé and I went to view this property after viewing multiple properties in the area and not having the best experience, and let me just say Tatiana in the leasing office was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and amazing! We put in our application and got a response pretty quickly! I’m extremely excited to be a tenant at this property! We also met the leasing manager Melissa, and a maintenance tech Karina who was great and very helpful she had to give us directions to the office. Keep up the amazing service! It definitely felt like home immediately!"

"I do not recommend this place. They don't clean the place or clean the carpet before you move in. There is water all over the shelves in the refrigerator. The day I got my key I walked in the apartment with their office people and there were still multiple spice bottles on the shelf of the kitchen. The apartment overall has smell you can't get rid of, probably from the old carpet and walls. Also in bathroom the bathtub drain was horribly clogged when I got there. The shower head is at a very low height, I'm 6'2, I have to bend my knees or squat to wash my hair and face. The unit I lived in, the hallway has a horrible smell, especially after someone uses the washer and dryer. My building's front door's damper is broken, every time someone opens the door, the door will slam shut hard, you can hear the noise in your apartment. The noise will wake up your dog or your neighbor's dog. The walls are thin, you can hear sound from your neighbors, even if they are not making a loud noise. You can hear your neighbors watching TV. The air conditioning vent in the living is really loud, every time the AC starts working you need to turn up the TV volume 30-50%. If you cook, be aware the stove in the kitchen is not full size and very old. The sink in the bathroom has flat bottom, the water won't drain fast enough. If you think the rent is a good deal, they charge for trash, common area maintenance, sewer, and water. They are not included in the rent. You can find a similar or better place for the same price. I really do not recommend the place. There's 30ish dollar fee if you pay with card."

"If you’re looking for a dirty place to stay this is where to go!! These apartments are not cleaned before they move the previous tenants out. Check your bathroom grout, the grease scum left on kitchen cabinets, nails poking through the porch floors and rails. Basically if you’re looking for a run down place, this is the perfect trap house for you! Numerous neighbors sell drugs and smoke inside so the smell travels through the common areas and right into your bathroom vents!! Especially in 2238 section. Maintenance will hardly show up to fix anything. A washing machine caught fire and was smoking, maintenance was called and I was told to call the people who service the machines!!! Me!!! Not them. The managers here are only worried about a paycheck. You can find better places to stay right around the corner."

"This is my first apartment and I am thrilled to be here! The apartments are great themselves and stylish. The property manager Melissa has been so amazing and is super easy to get ahold of if you need anything. Angel at the front is also very pleasant and easy to work with through the move in process. I recommend the Commons at Kettering."
