"I like it here. It has a great location. Smaller complex. They have a residential website where you can pay rent, place workorders, and even sign your lease or renewal (and it is pretty user friendly). Any issue that has arose, they get it taken care of quickly. When I call, if they don't answer, I simply leave a voice-mail and they call back soon(option2). There is even a an option that if it's a maintenance emergency (option 3) that it bypasses the office and goes to maintenance. Maintenance is quick to respond. It's pretty simple and easy living. As far as my home, the inside of my apartment...I extra love it!!"

"I have had the worst experience with this apartment complex. They never answer the phone. They never get maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. I had to call multiple times the first 3 months living there, to have them bring me an air conditioning unit. It wasn't until summer was nearly over they finally brought it. Any time I put in a request it was magically be cancelled or said it was done , when it clearly was not. They switched out the boiler system in the middle of winter, with electric floor boards, and kept the boiler system on for about a month after, which you the tenet cannot control and have to have a window open while its on, or else you over heat. They claimed they were forced to do it by the city, but I asked around and other tenets who have been living there longer said that they have been saying that for a few years now... They did not take out the radiators when they installed the baseboard heating, so there is even less space to rearrange your apartment, and when you write a review they say to stop by the office or call, but there are multiple numbers.. and no one answers the phone and when they do, they are not pleasant to talk to, they always sound annoyed. Also the address that google has is no longer their address, they moved and sent an email saying they moved but the email does not have an address. No one seems to know where they are located now. There are multiple holes in my walls from the contractors they hired to install the baseboard heaters. I am so fed up and annoyed! Also the contractors they hired had no respect for the tenants property. I myself took photos.. they took all my things out of my front closet and left it all in front of my front door.. which left me to walk around to the back door. They left every single light on in my apartment and left their trash just sitting in my apartment as well. but Huntly Ridge just said "I'm sorry, I'll say something about that." My Bf lives in one of their town homes and he had a similar issue where the contractors left a big mess in his apartment as well. I signed a 12 month lease with them and I'm currently only on month 6.. AVOID HUNTLY RIDGE!"

"Recently toured this property and they seemed very nice and affordable! The apartment I was shown was very spacious and looked like it had been recently updated. The outside of the complex looked very well kept and nice. The apartments are located within minutes of multiple stores and restaurants which is great! The woman who showed me the apartment was very nice and was able to answer all of questions."
