"This is a really nice neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained and clean. Management is one of the best I've ever met"
"The outside is very well kept. Lots of trees and a good area. However, they raise rent every renewal. I moved in at 875 per month I am now increased to 1065 per month after 3 years. They also raise they utility fee at least one time during each lease. So for a 2 bedroom I will now be paying 70 per month in utilities, but there are no utilities included with rent. My point here is to just be prepared to pay more than what you are expecting. I like it here, just not the rent raises."
"The scenery here is amazing. The main problem is rent. The move in rates are nice BUT at EVERY renewal your rent goes up at lease $50. The apartments desperately need updated (especially the heating and cooling system, super old)."
"Ketwood has always been very quick with responding to my questions and concerns. This complex is very safe and truly feels like home. The Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor are very quick to answer my calls and work-order requests. Thank you for always tending to the tenant's needs as quickly and efficiently as you do. I do recommend Ketwood apartments to my family and friends."
"Pretty gnarly place to anchor down and raise your kids. Clean. Peaceful. Ashley in the office is always pleasant and helpful. If your lucky your neighbor will be awesome, as mine is, and do your laundry all the time. Those are all wins in my playbook! Enjoy the day"
