We came from a very bad area, east side of Columbus, and we were blown away with how safe and how clean and just how nice the Dayton people/ community is. We had an issue with the power company and the apartment management were beyond helpful and very understanding with the whole situation. Without their help we would've been in a bad way, but thank God we found this community!"

"I’ve been here for almost three years and absolutely love Woodman Park. The office staff have always been so helpful with any and every concern. Maintenance doesn’t wait to come and help when you need it. The pool is super refreshing in the summer! I have a one bedroom and it’s so spacious, especially for the price point. Unfortunately, I have to move back to Maryland but the staff has been incredible in answering any questions and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone."
"Enjoyed living here. Having kids just made it better with the pool and park in the complex. They always had a ball and made wonderful friends. Ariel was always pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They try to work with you as best they can. The area is peaceful and quiet. "Hello! As someone who was looking for a place just a year ago, I do understand the overwhelming anxiety that comes with places to apply, costs of moving and getting used to a new place. I have been a resident for almost a year. I have decided to renew my lease for another year. I have many reasons to want to stay. I look for certain qualities including: 1)Leasing office personality and professionalism, 2)Maintenance response and problems fixed 3)Quality of the apartment 4)Location 5)Parking 1) From the very beginning of applying to present day, staff have continuously shown professional but down to earth personalities. The communication and realness has made me feel welcomed and understood as a person and a tenant. The quality of being personable is very much valued. This adds to a more trusting and open line of communication between myself and the staff working for Woodman Park apartments. I have spoken to each staff at some point. So kudos to all team members: LAURA- Property Manager ARIEL- Assistant Property Manager TAMARA & HEATHER- Leasing Consultants 2) Everytime I have placed a maintenance request (3 so far in my first year), they have responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours (sometimes in less than a few hours) , even on a friday. This includes blind replacement, plumbing and front door lock replacement. The maintenance team has been polite, great sense of humor and respect. Thank you to: CHRISTOPHER- Maintenance Supervisor TOM, RYAN & EZRA- Maintenance Technicians ELI-Groundskeeper 3) The apartment is from the 70s. Although the concern at first was quality of appliances working, lighting, plumbing, insulation, up to date fire safety, heating or a/c quality to cover more than one area... the apartment is impressive. The appliances are older but work properly and are efficient. The windows from the bedroom to the living area cover plenty of natural light and the lighting fixtures work properly and are pleasant. Plumbing I did mention has had issues but maintanence responsed and replaced any issues immediately and replaced my kitchen sink with newer and updates features. This is important to mention because of the apartment being older and how some places might use cheaper solutions to temporary fix things to save on cost and they did not do this. I tend to like my apartment at 70 degrees and even during the winter where it has been around freezing, the insulation, floor base heaters and the building seem to maintain heat without constant adjusting or use. They do routine insections on fire safety and replace any old, lost or damaged equipment. The a/c units are in the master and living area and the cool air is spread evenly throughout the apartment just like heat during the winter. Any comments or questions I have had about the apartmemt have been addressed and answered appropriately by the leasing office as well. 4) As someone who works full time in another city with a child who goes to childcare, I need an apartment that is located in an area that is near the highway, which this place offers. Also, Krogers has been recently opened a mile down the road. Whatever your needs are, the apartment location is great for short distance to errands, shopping or gas. It is near downtown Dayton, Xenia and Beavercreek. Plenty of childcare and school options as well. 5) Parking is first come first serve. However, you have the option to park on the street directly in front of the building and plenty of parking options behind and to the sides of most apartment buildings. I usually have space directly in front of my apartment which is so convenient for on-the-go. The things I would love that would make this place even more awesome would be: 1) Security surveillance on the street and parking areas 2) Fan installed in the second bedroom for comfort of guests or roommates 3) Parking spot markers to keep parking more organized and spaced appropriately 4) Construction on Woodman to stop (not the complex's fault)."
