"1st night stay was pleasant. The night I returned my room had no hot water and the thermostat was out with dead battery had to sleep with it on."

"Good location I stayed a few times but this last time omg. The room was dirty black mold in the bathroom. Shower curtain nasty and found pubic hair in the shower. Yuck!! The breakfast was not good. I'm disappointed. We won't stay here again"
"I stayed in this hotel in May and it was the worst hotel I had ever stayed at. They put my husband and I on the first floor and that room was disgusting. There was mold around the bathroom door. The chairs were filthy and the desk chair was broken and there were no hangers. The sheets were stained and the blankets and the few towels seen better days. It was hard to reach the front desk. I had to go outside in cold weather several times to get speak to someone at the front desk because no one answered the phone. When we complained about the room and said we were leaving, they talked us into staying by saying they will put us in a better room. The room was bigger but I noticed that the rug felt damp underfoot. The microwave conked out on us and they said they didn’t have extra microwaves. When I flushed the toilet the flush valve would not close. I had to put my hand to close the valve 3 times. The coffee taste like water and the breakfast they served looked unappealing and we didn’t eat it. Even though we were scheduled to stay there three nights, and only stayed one night they refused to reimburse us anything. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone!"
