"Great experience, very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The location was convenient and I picked up dinner with a few minute walk. It was nice that they had a coffee tea bar for use all the time. The garage was convenient and well light. I felt safe and wasn’t worried about my vehicle getting broken into. The shower head was soso but the rest of the bathroom was nice, huge shower, clean, no leaks. The room felt very clean. I even felt ok to walk without sippers. Breakfast was ok, on par with typical USA hotel so nothing special."

"Cleanest hotel and friendliest staff! As long time Marriott members, we only stay at Marriott hotels. This one ranks among the top! The room was clean and even had noise-makers on the night stands since it is located downtown (although we couldn't hear any noise from outside). The breakfast was okay - typical overload of carbs with eggs and ham. The bananas did not look the best and when I inquired if there were more I was told that there was not. Within 15 minutes, a staff member returned with better looking bananas that they had been sent out to get. Talk about customer service! Parking was adjacent to hotel and was fenced. Easy check-in. I can see why this one has won alot of awards! Will return!"

"This is one of the nicest hotel stays we have had in some time. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were genuinely interested in helping us have the best stay possible. We were allowed to check in at 11 am since they had rooms available. Normal check in is 3 PM. We were given lunch and dinner suggestions to restaurants within 1 block of the hotel. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There is a bit of an issue with traffic noise at times but this would not deter me from staying here. This hotel and its staff is an example of what the hospitality industry should strive to be."

"Lisa the receptionist is an amazing person. She was very helpful, kind and caring, friendly. She made us felt at home as soon as we walked in the building. Lisa really took care of us. Everything about the hotel was clean, nice and classy. Expectations were exceeded."
