This is a top notch company and I can foresee these people have a good heart and are not after money and greed."

"Not a great staff to help support your needs, I was told I would be able to move into a one bedroom. Then they pulled me off the table asked me to go to month to month in my 2 bedroom without a roomate. I gave them over a 4 month notice. I would not trust the staff that makes the lease agreement, nor the managers of the complex."

"I relocated here with my family, what will be a year on the 23rd of August. Since we moved here I did not think I would be living in Centerville. The school district I could talk about all day, but this is for Spinnaker Cove. We experienced some issues with the furnace as it got colder, however the maintenance department was timely and (on more than one occasion) more than considerate and understanding. I didn't expect anything less during cold months, however the staff here were very accommodating. The problems faced were remedied within and less than 24 hours. After a visit, they even left us a kind note informing us of the services completed and a number to call them if there were any other problems. The apartments are very cozy with a great view of wildlife and nature surrounding us. Most people don't take the time to fill out a review with exception to complain. I have found nothing but a positive experience here with the staff. Paula and her team are exceptionally friendly and helpful. As for the grounds, it's manicured on a regular basis. As with most places that are pet friendly, you have some NOT heeding to the pet laws, but it's few and far in between the ones who do respect it. It's child friendly here as well. My son has met several friends and that is always nice when you're new in a neighborhood. My hat is off to the staff here. I'm proud to call Spinaker Cove home. Thanks for having us."

"I have lived in what they call "Ketch" (2-br 1-ba) for 2 years now. They keep the outside appearance looking very nice. The views are amazing. It is nice to sit out on the patio and just watch the waterfowl come and go. They are also very pet friendly. Yes, the appliances are dated a bit, but the maintenance staff is superb. We had a couple issues with the waste disposal, but Terry was out to fix it the same day. We also experienced some insect issues, there were wasps building a nest on our patio. When Terry couldn't fix the issue, they called an exterminator the same day. I would tell anyone considering living here it is a great place to live!"
