"December 2023 Heater/AC unit needed replaced: A team effort between Lisa, Tim and Shaun. Now I'm warm and toasty. Thanks! ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: RE: Maintenance. Tim is an experienced Maintenance person. This is an older complex, that said. Tim is able to fix and correct the requests I've submitted. Thank you Tim. ---------------------------------------------- Moved in last year. Made my transition from senior housing. Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel so safe in this small complex. Quiet and clean."

"Although Lisa harsha was very nice, I don’t understand why some companies are so entitled. With all respect the apartments seemed like they were built in 1400s and after paying a 50 dollar application fee, I got denied due to unknown reason as listed in the report, like there is literally no specific reason. My income met the requirements, my background is clear, so the only think I can think of was that maybe the company just wanted a few people to pay 50 bucks and all together the owner would have enough for his gas. Do better people!"

"Most of these reviews are from a time when the landlord was Brian and the maintenance was done by Gerald that is not the case anymore! These men made this place a lovely place to live. I have lived here nearly 11 years and it hasn't been because I loved this place. Understand this is my experience, I would hope if you choose to live here yours wouldn't be this bad. I will say the layout of the apartments are efficient and the do have great storage. If you have a one bedroom the patio is a lovely spot but the heating/cooling unit is in middle of the 2 bedroom units and if you are running the unit it will make sitting on the patio in the summer unbearable. The laundry room in the 1 & 2 bedroom units are good sized. I have live in a substandard apartment almost the entire I lived here with the carpets that are messed up (to district manager's credit she did offer to replace the carpet six months ago but we knew we were buying a house and didn't want brand new carpets put in because we would have had to move all of our furniture out of our 2 bedroom apt, for them to put the carpet in and then move it all back in just to move it all back out when we bought our house)almost the entire time here, toilets that took them 4 months to fix, Drainage problems with the washer (which was fixed today after the district manager saw this review and ordered it to be fixed). When we first moved here in 2008 this place was a lovely Community to live in, they had people that took care of their little garden areas, planted flowers and great management but that lasted all of six months before the company that owns this property files bankruptcy and then came the drug dealers and the drug users which was followed by the drug raids. The company had written off this complex and 3 others and was keeping six of them. They use the four complexes that they were not keeping and basically stole parts and stripped Apartments to maintain the six they were and nothing got done and this place got quite run down. And we stayed not because we wanted to but because we were too broke at the time to move. The bank figured out what was going on and brought in a management company and that is who manages the complex today. The reason why Brian is so praise and there's so many great reviews is because Brian was the one that was fixing this place up he's the only one that tried to do anything to improve the quality of life around here in all of my 11 years here. But I have to tell you I feel sorry for the maintenance they do not have enough people working in the maintenance so the men that do the work are overworked and never have enough time to do everything that they're supposed to do and many times have difficulty getting the material they need to fix problems. There is so much more I could tell you about as to why I gave this place 1 star but instead I will just say do your research!"
