"I don't live at Waterfront but I came by to fish behind the building a while back and this place looks like a dump! Broken down cars, trash and long grass growing up and a lot of shady looking people outside..so then I looked up how much it cost to live here just out of curiosity and it said $850 a month.....cute lol...not in this lifetime"
"Edit- this place got really bad really quick. As of October 2021, this place is doing really well. You can tell the new owners are putting a lot of hard work, love, and money into the apartments. The landlord is awesome, kind, and understanding. The maintenance guys are hilarious, personable, and helpful, and the apartments you get are clean and have a beautiful view. Waterfront used to have a bad reputation, but the new owners have really turned it around. Everyone I have met has been very kind and open. I would recommend these apartments!"
"Dog's wont shut up. Got people with noisy kids. This is not a good place to live. If you want to sleep."
"I been here almost 1 year. Nothing we had told the landlord has been fixed and now my car is being vandalised...I would not recommend to anyone."
