"Couldn't get anyone on the phone the last few days going to try again tomorrow morning but me and my fiance are expecting in January, just moved from out of state, and are very interested in these apartments because our family lives right behind them one street over..."

"Just moved in and basic repairs and maintenance were not complete. Have had no hot water for one week with no word on when it will be fixed. Cold water hose corroded onto laundry room faucet. Uneven floors. Baseboard and edging falling off. Faucets and spigots corroded. Bathtub drain doesn't empty well. Potential for flooding toilet was fixed after one week. People have pitbulls and this is listed as a breed that isn't allowed to be here. Broken down cars out front. All appliances and cabinets very old and worn. Cabinet and closet doors wonky uneven and shelves bowed or taken off. Looks like things are at least 30 years old. Bulbs missing. Lots of dust and grime on vents outlets and inconspicuous areas. Will be seeking legal counsel if issues aren't resolved. They say they don't have a maintenance person on hand but for emergency issues they should hire someone to come in. And these issues should have been fixed before my move in."

"Moved in May 6th, 22. Christine was so great. Communicated with me before the move in. New carpet, new appliances & very quiet. The online application process with Harbor Group Management was incredibly easy & they offer great deals regarding your deposit, renters insurance, etc. Jay the maintenance worker is a rock star & hard worker. I have put in service requests for new windows & gutter replacement & they are on it. An amazing, safe, close to everything, place to call home!!"

"Ashgrove apartments was my first place I had on my own after moving out with my husband. we have lived here for two years and we have had nothing less then a wonderful experience. The apartments are nice on the inside and well taken care of. The landlord Trish is an amazing lady and she is very concerned about the well-being and happiness of tenants. The repair man lives on site and if you do have an issue he is there to help shortly after reporting a problem. The area is quite and everybody looks out for one another. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking!"

"I just visited Ashgrove looking to move. The manager, Trisha was so friendly and outgoing. Although there wasn't an available unit. She made me feel I was already home. She still took her time going over the floor plans, and the company. The property was very clean. The property was decorated for fall and looked great. I had visited 6 other properties today, and Trisha made this one the top of my list. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be a future tenant. Thank you for putting an end to me finding my future home!"
