"Decent place nothing extravagant,at the same time they will raise your rent every year and give an excuse with, dwindling economy and loosing out on potential profit so they have to compensate by raising the rent so they can continue to keep everything moving ,even will "invite you to compare them between other rental location's" I appreciate that but that doesn't help me feed my family and along with barely able to keep up with the basic living expenses such as gas and toilet paper,not like me and my partner can switch jobs every year for more pay to compensate for the yearly markup ,i get its a struggle on everyone but dont think taking the easy way out an charging residents more rather then making alternative business decisions and figure out another way of coming up with a solution is the best way to go about things,Moving was already in the books to a nicer and more affordable location in Lebanon but without the ability to save im stuck,if i knew a yearly rent increase was going to be a common thing i never would have done it,its decent not good or bad but not nearly extravagant enough to be doing such things as this,but when you own your own rental location you can do whatever how you please and thats just how they play things out here at village east, just purely out of touch"
