"My parents lived here for YEARS, until they passed away. The management and maintenance were always good to them. My parents never once complained of any issues at all. They had a few things repaired in a timely manner. They even came in and repainted the place for them!! My siblings and I lived further away from them, so if we thought something may be wrong. We called the office and they sent a maintenance guy to do a welfare check. Like I said... Amazing people! Thanks so much for being good to my parents!!"

"This place prays on people in vulnerable situations. The maintenance men do nothing, and get mad when told something is wrong. We had a dishwasher full of black mold sit in our house for 2 months and had to dispose of it ourselves (my father is disabled keep in mind). The maintenance man was rude and called my disabled father "stupid" and that "we dont know what we're talking about" even though my dad is retired from the construction industry. Only after our stove electrocuted the maintenance man did reluctantly replace it. It's been over half a year now with giant hole in the counter where a dishwasher should go (y'know that should be included in rent) and they're still trying to pressure us into resigning a lease. Lemme mention they have a list of over 30 tenants that also aren't sure they're staying. This place is an absolute joke and please save yourself the headaces and exposure to health hazards. Dont even bother considering unless you enjoy the feeling of living in absolute poverty."

"They were nice at first. They had a bedroom set aside and we had a move out day. Then a week before the move out day we get a call that we overqualified for the apartment. They said we make too much money for the apartment. Like what the heck? Shouldn’t the only matter be if the tenant makes enough for the rent and not if they make more than that. This place is a joke and so unprofessional."
