"I'm a vendor for this awesome community. Located conveniently to interstate 75, making an easy commute to either the Dayton or Cincinnati metro area. Skylar and Miriah in the office are always welcoming and kind. You can definitely tell they want the best for their residents and have seen them both go over and beyond for them. Phil is always running around with work orders and have seen him skip lunch just to keep on track."
"My name is Cindy. My daughter Brianna and I live at Franklin Commons and have since October 6. I love it here. I made a couple repair request and they were done within a week. Where are used to live I lived a year and lived without cold. Water in my kitchen. Had to put water in a jug in the refrigerator for my dogs for the next day. Skyler is very helpful and very sweet. I love her!!’"
