"I was locked out of my own apartment due to my key not working and the spindle was broke. I attempted to call the Office after hours and they did not have an emergency number for me to gain entrance into my apartment. I had to seek refuge with someone else because they don't even have an after hours of emergency line. This is a poorly run managed apartment complex. I urge anyone reading this, do not waste your time seeking a lease with these folks. This is pathetic on how they run things. They've even got my least payments wrong in the past."

"If you could give them zero stars. I still wouldn't unless you could give them negative stars I mean absolutely unprofessional, absolutely rude, absolutely don't know how to communicate with tenants. If you can stay at a homeless shelter your better off."

"I haven't been living her very long but the manager, Maria Hampton, is extremely unprofessional. Also the apartment was not move in ready when I moved in. Much work had to be done on my own terms because they have 1 maintenance man who is never on site. Almost all of my outlet didn't work, lights didn't work, a fan in the front bathroom didn't work, the back door could barely be consider a door and wasn't installed properly. When this was brought up excuses were made. I wouldn't reccomend living here to anyone. I wish I could give it zero stars. It's a nice location but it isn't worth the trouble or the money."

"This place is very unsafe for residents and visitors wouldn't recommend moving here unless you wanna live with broken and messed up things and black mold . Doesn't listen to residents when they repeatedly complain about things around the building. All together for this being my first apartment they were very unprofessional and lazy. Not to mention they change office lady's once every 2 months. I've tried telling plenty of office lady's that have worked here about problems with them saying they'll be fixed and never are. Currently being evicted over a mistake the lady at the office made but somehow comes back on the person who lives there and not the people running the place. Also when they did repair something I asked for a new fridge cause the one here went out and they bring me one out of another unit which was nasty I had to clean it and I've still never received a new fridge or stove like requested and my stove is a fire hazard. All this is a big deal and if I could go back in time I would of read some reviews and avoided these apartment. Now I know for future choices and I hope new people looking to rent something cheap don't make the same mistake as I did. You really get what you pay for"

"I have lived here since mid September and I personally think that the company has done a great job here. I am only 20 years old and this has been my first apartment and I have nothing bad to say at all. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Hannah in the office is always so quick to help if I need anything. Even minor bumps when I first moved in were quickly fixed within the same day. It has definitely been a great experience here for someone new to renting a place for their first time."
