Domino's Pizza 7550 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042

"$60 for 2 pizzas and a hoagie and the TOPPINGS ON MY PIZZA ARE WAY WRONG. Normally not a big deal but when I called the store they acted like they couldnt care less to help. The pizza I ordered was way more expensive than the pizza I recieved so I want my money back. I contacted support online and got a "we're sorry" email. I don't get dinner tonight and I'm out $20 for my pizza. Super frustrating experience."

"Placed a order for pickup, I had a friend pick it up as I cannot physically leave my house, well the wings had hardly any sauce (two different kinds) a couple were naked, and the pizza didn’t have any!!! I called the store and they said we would have to bring it back so they can see it, I have never heard of such, I tried to explain I can not leave my house I even offered to send pics, but they refused to do anything, that’s no way to run a store, I have managed more than one restaurant myself and it’s supposed to be about the customers this store is clearly not!!!"

"Never put enough pizza sauce pizza always taste like cheese bread. Would not post this but it’s a reoccurring issue. Alfredo also never had much Alfredo sauce really just noodle and 4 piece of chicken."

"Been going here for 2 years. The had some great pizza for a long time. Now it's a shame how they do their pizzas. Nooo CHEESE hardly at all. So disappointing. 2 year customer, at least once a week. I will not be revisiting again. This isn't the first time my pizza has looked like this in recent months."

"Not too pleased. Placed an order online, the app said it was delivered, but I did not get it. After 25 minutes on hold I get through to the store. They asked what I ordered, I gave them the info. I was told it would be remade, and out to me quickly. When the delivery arrived the delivery guy argued with me as to were the original order was delivered. Ok, you made a mistake, we move on. But he kept going on and on. I said thank you and walked away. I then checked my order, and it's not what I ordered. The pizza was a large Brooklyn with chicken, bacon, onion, extra cheese and spinach. There is no chicken or spinach. It is dry and cold like it was made yesterday. The onion look like an after thought. The parmesan bites are dry, nothing on them. Also, the cinnamon bread twist are plain no cinnamon. I get you are short staffed, but it was like you said you don't care about your customers. Not cool at all the."
