"My husband and I met here Jan 31st 2020 for our first date. For our wedding rehearsal, I ordered 15 pizzas and 6 breadsticks. I was told we were getting plates, napkins, silverware and a big warming bag to keep all the food hot since we had 45 minute to an hour drive. I did not receive any of that and no one knew what I was talking about. The online ordering does not include pasta or salad. We got our food but it was a hassle to get everything"

"We came from middle Ohio where we have no surviving Cicis restaurants, so we were super excited to see it a long our route. No wait, everything in working order and clean. Staff seemed very tired and quiet but not rude or anything. Kids played games and machines worked I think- the game card thing was confusing. The pizza, salad, pasta, and desserts were all good and they put out fresh stuff while we were there even though it was pretty slow, so I appreciate that a ton!! We miss having Cicis and it had all the traditional things we were looking for."

"My in-laws ordered a piezilla for our rehearsal dinner. They told them when they would be there to pick it up. They get there, and it isn't even cooked yet. 45 minutes later they finally get it. So, for our son's birthday we decide to try it again. Same thing. We get there at the time, and it isn't even cooked yet. What is the point of telling someone what time you will be there to pick something up, if it isn't going to be ready at that time. Most people expect to walk in, pick up their order, and leave. Not have to sit and wait for you to cook it once you get there. They really need to work on this. The size is great for the price, but the rest of what you have to deal with isn't."

"Haven't been here in years. The pizza was good, hot, and available during our visit. My wife and daughter are first-generation Italian, and even they enjoyed the pizza. The young lady Jessica making the pizzas was on the ball, and everything stayed full. She did a great job."
