They didn't add any of the toppings I ordered on one of the sandwiches at first but I called and got it replaced free of charge and the employees were very kind about the interaction. The bread was my favorite part of the sandwich, it is so delicious and is much different from most other sandwich places in the area. I honestly didn't expect them to be warm at first because sometimes I'm a little unsure of hot sandwiches like this but it was very good and all the ingredients went together nicely."

"Me and the family stopped by here on the way back from Cincinnati due to a traffic jam, and it was a nice place! I got the Italian and got almost every topping on it with a drink, and it was around $11 or so. As far as sub places go, it's definitely better than Subway, and probably better than Jimmy John's. I wish they had one in Lexington!"

"First off I want to say I love this restaurant, but today’s experience has made me not want to eat here again. I ordered two ham and Swiss and requested bacon be added to both of them. When we got our food and started eating, we noticed there was no bacon. I paid 3.98 extra for bacon, so I went up to let them know and asked to be refunded. The person at the front proceeded to ask someone to make bacon for the sandwiches. The person at the front then brought the old very burnt bacon curled up in a cup, tossed it on our table and said, “here’s your bacon” and walked away. This was probably the rudest service I have had here."
