"Well, I don’t like writing bad reviews. But this one visit did not go well, which is unusual. Just a note: This was after the lunch rush. Not many people there. The waitress was nice enough, but she was in too big of hurry. I had to wipe down the table with a wipe I had in my purse.Took a while for the food to arrive. The salad has changed and I didn’t like it. Grilled cheese sandwich was almost burnt. This is very unusual for a Bon Evan’s. Hopefully your visit will be great, as it usually is."

"I took a friend for breakfast here the other day. It was 10 am and they were out of hash browns already! We had to seat ourselves as there was no hostess. Our server was great, friendly and accommodating. The food was good, considering they had no hash browns, which I consider a management issue! I will try them again sometime. The last time I ordered online, the turkey and dressing. When I got there, there was no curb pickup and I had to go in. At first they couldn't find my order, but after looking, they found it on the shelf behind the counter. By the time I got home (5 min.) the food was cold and I had no cranberry sauce. I called and was told they had run out of cranberry sauce a couple of hours earlier (before I had ordered). Had they told me when I ordered they were out, I would not have ordered! Again, poor management!"

"I was very impressed with the server's attention to myself and to the members in our party. We were checked in numerous times as to our drinks and the quality of our food. We had breakfast items, all plates were served hot and the quantity of food was so that we needed take out boxes. The sausage gravy was actual sausage gravy and not so called "sawmill" gravy that is only flour, salt and milk. Overall, a good choice to eat at Bob Evans!"

"All in all, it looked very promising, but I waited more than 30 min for my order. Also, I made some changes to the order that were ignored. Yeah, I got those changes in the end, but it did take a bit of time, and I'm kind of particular with my food. Therefore, that might not be a big deal, and it's not, but it's annoying to me. That's just me, folks, and that's why I stayed with 3 stars and did not go down to 2."

"I went in to place a carry out. Took 10 minutes to place the order then the girl that took the order said she would bring it over when ready but I had to get her attention to get the order... once I got home my steak and eggs with side of fries is more fries and eggs with a side of steak."
