"Wow!! Just Wow! What a horrible experience. Only reason we decided to go here was because my Granddaughter had earned a free kids meal for reading books in the Summer Reading program at Boone Count Library. We have done this before in the past years she had participated in the program. The manager at this location refused to honor the coupon($5.19) since it was not signed by the librarian. None of the coupons are signed and we have used several at many places and here in the past!! We ordered other items and the coupon was not expired. Very disappointing attitude and not at all polite to us!! We will never go here again!! I am also contacting the Library to let them know!!!"
"I'm assuming this restaurant is short staffed as most are these days. There were dirty tables everywhere. I also thought it odd that the outside signs were not turned on. It wasn't 8 p.m. yet and because the signs weren't lit, we weren't sure the store was open. But, as usual the food was great. Fazoli's has good food and at a good value"
