"We ordered online and did a store pick-up. We have ordered here multiple times before. The quality of food has diminished greatly along with any consistency they used to have. We had 3 different platters in our order, one was Kung pow chicken that was beyond dried out, another was chicken lo mein that tasted entirely of just the cooking oil and the other was orange chicken that seemed more like breaded jerky. The order was however made, and ready to go very quickly. If you don't care about the quality or taste of your food, order here."

"Red Pepper is our favorite Chinese spot in Florence. My family eats there for dinner every Wednesday! The food is great and the servers are very helpful. We've had the odd issue every now and then of getting the wrong food, but the staff is always good about it."

"It’s been over three years ago that I last ate there. I use to order take out two to three times a month. I retired and live 20 miles away. I been to Chinese take out but it was not the same. Red Pepper is hands down the best. I had the sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and the best crab Rangoons. Can’t wait return again."

"Placed an order for a couple of guests. First-time visitors to this location and we utilized the delivery service. The service was quick, fast, and most importantly our order was correct. The portion sizes were fair for the price. In addition, the food was still warm upon delivery. All of the orders were made as requested. No complaints and everyone was fine with the service."

"I ordered sesame chicken spicy combo with white rice was $10 not a bad price. The sesame chicken was spicy but still plain tasting it was just ok. I was disappointed that I dined in and my food was in to go containers ! It does say you can eat in. The place was very clean inside. I ordered crab Rangoon last time I was here and it was really good. I would recommend this place to others for lunch !"
