"I went there to have coffee with a friend. The cashier was busy with a previous transaction that had evidently gone wrong. Totally ignored us. Hope it was not because I am black. We left after he finished the prior transaction and still ignored us."

"The lady that served us was very rude.. we sat in the drive through for a couple minutes before we had to encourage someone to greet us. They were out of hash browns and no alternative was offered even though we were charged for the full meal. We don’t live anywhere near a Tim Hortons so this was one of our first times trying it. Safe to say we won’t be coming back."

"I just left the Xenia store at 4:20pm , after being told that they didn’t have time to take care of the counter. There were absolutely no donuts in the case, and the girl who didn’t want to wait on me was complaining to the drive-thru attendant that she was too busy closing… I was a little surprised, because closing was more than 2 1/2 hours later?! The drive-thru is slow, but at least they wait on you eventually!!!"

"Every time I go to this location the “iced Capp” machine is down, doesn’t work or it’s not frozen enough and super runny! And what’s the deal with charging $1.25 for a tiny little serving of whip cream. I’m over it ."

"I come here everyday and never been treated the way I was today !!!! I order a large ice Capp the gentleman goes to hand me a medium and I advise him I ordered a large rudely says this is all we have and I said well I paid for a large so rudely rolls his eyes and asked to give me refund and the other gentleman kindly shows him where the large cups were so he remakes it and it’s dripping with it everywhere hands it to me and then gives me a evil look and sticks head out drive their window to stare evil at me worse customer service ever and I will be coming to speak with management because this was unacceptable on many levels the picture was after I had to pull over wipe everything off cup myself and my car which now my seats are stained"
