"Either you are missing order items or the food has been sitting premade for hours. Once again, ordered several items and they were ready literally immediately. On both the food was like warm and the tortilla was like rubber. You can tell the cheese had sat for a while. Then it’s the constant reminders of “hey you forgot ….”."
"I'm just not a big taco bell fan...food was fair but not much flavor. Prices are high for the AM until received. I did not like the grilled cheese fries at all, they were soggy and tiny portion for the price."
"The staff here are friendly and trying their best. It's taco bell, it's not 5 star cuisine, but it was exactly what you'd expect. There is 1 bad thing- you HAVE to order from the kiosk touch screen. This is 1 way to have less employees. I WANT to talk to the employee. I want to be able to ask questions and speak to a human. I watched an elder come in and the pressing have to come out from behind the counter to help. I'm glad they did. But adding technology for the sake of technology or to cut out the human wages is moving humanity backwards. PEOPLE make a difference in workplaces. Please bring back allowing people to order from a human at the counter."
"Big long hair in my food after I picked it up at drive thru window. (This would have been noticeable if employee looked at food before sealing it) Makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. I used to work at a Taco Bell so I understand the protocols for cleanliness and this Taco Bell has clearly not taught their employees."
