"Got delivery several times in the last month twice been delayed, once for so long I cancelled the delivery, and twice I've removed items from my order and replaced them but both times they sent the items I removed also. On the order that was for delivery that I changed to pick up it said they were out of whole milk so I made a new order with 3 gallons of 2% milk.. both orders came with 3 gallons so 6 gallons in one day.."

"Not the best Walmart I've been to, not even close. The customer service is not good, and the employees do not seem motivated at all with doing their jobs, especially when it comes to checking out groceries. The self checkouts can be nice, but they aren't for everyone. If someone needs help, or doesn't want to/can't use the self checkouts , then they should be able to be rung up by a REAL HUMAN. Not do it themselves. The employees are very unwilling to do so, and you have to push them just to do what they are PAID for. Very disappointed in Xenia's Walmart. Go to another grocery store that actually has workers who value their customers."

"Like all Walmarts this one suffers from low employees to customer, but that’s the company & management’s fault. Employees here have always been courteous and helpful. Never had an issue, and only problems I’ve seen are mostly caused by customers with no people skills."

"Purchased 4 tires from here on 5/16/2023 and when they rang me up I noticed a stack of them on display for 154.00 and asked them if they would honor the price that they’re displayed for and the guys behind the counter said oh ya man no problem like it’s no big deal but this lady with a bad attitude that was a manager I’m guessing said it was her mistake and hurried to get a guy to take down the entire pallet on display but she didn’t realize I had already taken a picture and video of the price she had displayed so her idea was to hurry and get rid of the entire thing to cover her mistake even though it wasn’t even that big of a price difference, they charged me $890.00 when the price they were going to charge me out on display came out to around $750.00. I have two brand new TVs i still have in the box I just purchased two days ago for $1870.00 that I’m going to return and just get my cash back for if she’s going to set this kind of reputation for this store I’ll do business elsewhere."
