"Ordered fish and it came out dark outside and literally raw dough inside. Mistakes happen in the kitchen, but waitress not apologizing OR offering me any other food, and didn’t return to the table except to drop off a beer 20 minutes after I returned food, and ordered it!! To top it off she literally asked do you need change as she snatched a $100 from our on top of our $30 bill…umm yes and dinner would have been nice as well!!!"

"Sat for almost an hour for food, brought my child’s food before ours and we waited 20 minutes for ours to even come out. I ordered a salad and asked for NO almonds and sure enough they were on the loaded. Didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. Waitress and “manager” standing around doing NOTHING, being loud and rude. The bartender was very loud and obnoxious. The girls standing messing around and recording themselves. The only one that I was impressed with was the girl that was the hostess. She did wonderful and seemed to be a hard worker. Was not impressed with anyone else, won’t be back for awhile. Just all seemed so trashy."

"The place wasn't incredibly busy. Such initially slow service, but it seemed to improve. The dining room was dirty... and yet the restroom was atrocious!! HORRIBLE!! I located 2 employees, my server, and another gentleman who was leaning... as the 2 talked. Upon notifying them of the restroom... the guy, simply replied in a "whatever" kind of tone, "ok." My server offered an apology. I later discovered that the guy... was... the MANAGER!! WOW!! Several minutes later I returned to the restroom.... it was untouched. (Pardon the pics...)"
