"Family of 6 so our order was large but the food was delicious and the customer service was wonderful. It was an extra freezing cold day and the waitress was pleasant despite having to serve such a large order out into the cold."

"The burger was so bad that I spit it out. Generally even if something isn't good, I'll eat it because I hate to waste food, but it was inedible. It was chewy, looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heart lamp for a while. We also ordered pickle fries and got chips and they didn't give us any ranch or napkins. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Edit: I sent the information requested to Sonic thinking that they were going to say least offer to make it right, seeing as I wasted a not insignificant amount of money and wow was I wrong. It was a waste of my time and just to get a 'We'll forward this on, thanks!' which is something that they could have just done by copying this review. I'm currently recovering my entire relationship with this brand, which is a shame since they used to be a favorite."

"Really slow drive through. Most of the time the food is not great to be honest. The fries are usually old and not good. I stopped getting the fries for my son and I probably will only go there for an occasional sweet tea or ice cream."

"This place does not care that you’re spending money you work for. They just throw 15 grinch fries and a masty black fry piece of chicken with the meat equivalent to the thickness of a quarter. McDonald’s has better pieces of chicken Pattie’s which is sad. This location need shut down and the lady manager needs fired. This store could make so much more money with a better manager. She’s pathetic and needs to be someone who only cleans the floors and bathrooms not running the place."

"Sadly disappointed in the food we received from this location. I ordered a foot-long coney and received two (2) hot dogs in a foot-long container. My husband ordered a double cheese burger with no onion and mustard as the only condiment; it was drowned in mayo, ketchup & mustard, and it had onions. The tater-tots were old and there was no ketchup packages included for them. We also ordered poppers, they were crispy but not hot. All the food was barely luke-warm, the buns were almost cool to the touch. Staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the Cherry Lime-aid was good. This was our first time to visit the State, and I'm guessing it's a thing for Ohio to serve luke-warm food, because this was the 2nd out of 3 restaurants we purchased food from that wasn't served hot. Just a bummer overall."
