"Based on your reviews, decided to stay overnight to attend a Celebration of Life. Once we checked in we were greeted by Ricki who told us we were staying a good night because tomorrow was "Bacon Sunday"!! She cooked us an amazing breakfast today before our journey home to NJ. Thank you, Ricki! The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean & smelled fresh & the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member was friendly! Highly recommended! -Sharon P"

"My family and I had an outstanding stay here! The best part was how nice and welcoming the staff all were. The continental breakfast spread was plentiful and Ms. Rikki there was just the BEST! She greeted us every morning at breakfast, served us, and always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. You don’t really see that type of service at hotel continental breakfasts, since they’re typically self-serve, so to experience that world class service she gave us here left such a great impression on us. We will certainly come back, and it’s thanks to great service staff members like Ms. Rikki provide! The hospitality here was exceptional and unmatched!"

"I highly recommend this hotel if your family is coming into town or if you are visiting Canton! From booking our reservation to checking out it was 5 star through and through. My elderly in-laws were going to spend Christmas with us. I booked two nights and asked for handicap accommodations. They were very helpful. The day before the reservation I received a phone call to see if we needed anything else before check-in. A++ I appreciated that. I also received an email to check in. The check in clerk was pleasant, friendly and took the time to care to offer water to our parents. They really did need hydration after a long 2 hour drive. The suite was spacious, clean and perfect for showering with ease. My in laws said they slept so well. They were very pleased with the stay which meant the world to me. I was so happy that they were happy and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning and the gal at checkout was also very gracious. Thank you Springfield Suites for making our holiday stress free!!!!"

"This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at in my life! The rooms were set up like a mini home! The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! It was so clean, and I loved the sectional couch, it was nice to sit back relax and watch a movie!! There were even some extra blankets in the closet so you could grab one and snuggle up on it!! It was absolutely gorgeous, so so comfy. The staff was very friendly and professional!! Would highly recommend!!"
