Beckford Place Apartments

"I wish I could leave a zero. Communicated with both Tara and Monica for tours. The 1 bedroom was dingy and smelled of cigarettes. When Monica followed up with me, I inquired if there were two bedroom units we could see. She would send YouTube links, and said that we were scheduled for 11am. When we arrived, the only place available to tour was the 1 bedroom we saw the week before. POOR COMMUNICATION and zero people skills. If you are apartment hunting, AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY!"

"I moved in a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed it very much, very quiet even tho near a main road. I had a pretty easy time applying and reaching help if I had questions. There is a little dog park and seems like a lot of dog owners and people have pretty tame dogs also. I got a studio and I love it. I work at home now so with everything I have no problems with noise. There is a laundromat right next to it that is 24/7 too so pretty easy with that. Land scaping is good and area around is well maintained. My unit came with a hotel type air conditioner and heater which is easy to use. Had a minor issue when I moved in and they were able to get to it efficiently. Plenty of parking also. Two thing I would have liked to see is maybe a sidewalk on the main entrance as I walk everywhere. Also main entrance the very dim so at night its very easy to drive by it."

"I moved to Beckford place towards the end of August, an anytime you move there's always a few bumps. My experience in so far has been nothing but positive. The property manager Liz, does a really great job! She is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and if I have a problem she make sure it gets taken care of right away. I am very pleased, with my new apartment, and even more with Liz. Thank you for the + 10 support I have received since moving here."

"I moved here two year ago and just love it. The location and apartment is great. The rent is affordable and it is quite here. If you pay your rent on the first, you won't have an issue. If you make sure when something breaks that a work order gets put in the system at the office you should be fine if an issue comes up. The office staff seems really to try hard but I know my wife had to stay on them so the maintenance team followed through on what was needed. I give Kristy and the property a five star and I do see improvements with maintenance."

"It was fine when the old property manager was there, he did a awesome job. The new one sucks at being professional. It's really funny how we're expected not to break the lease even when we plan to move but this manager encourages it so new people can move in, to the point of threatening eviction. She blows up your phone about stuff you two already discuss, it's downright aggravating. Oh, nice job on closing a hour early when you called the same day asking for the keys!"
