"DO NOT rent at 201 rose lane in North Canton. The building is infested with roaches and Ashley, the manager, refuses to believe there are any when I have pictures of everything. We lived there for 8 months and ended up getting bed bugs and roaches. There were bed bugs in the hallway and Ashley still tried to say we brought them in. I took pictures of the bed bugs in the hallway and all they did was kill the ones they saw and did not treat the hallway. Two apartments on my floor were infested so bad that they had to be heat treated. The entire time we lived there, there were roaches and one ended up in a cup I was drinking from and Ashley did not care. The laundry room was infested and again, Ashley tried to say how there weren’t any. We had to get the health department involved but there are still roaches there. I have pictures of everything too! Ashley should not be working in property management and it is insane how I cannot reach anyone above her. Does no one monitor how she treats other tenants and what she does? She has the biggest God complex and her actions need to be reviewed. I even reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and they didn’t even care to respond. According to other reviews, I’m not the only one who has had issues with Ashley and maybe something needs to be done about that."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT move here unless you absolutely HAVE TO. The management is very poor and so is the maintenance. The leasing agents Victoria and Ashley who work in the office are not nice at all and do the bare minimum. They don’t even care about their tenants or the living situations they are in. They never answer the phone and whenever they do it’s in a very dry, unpleasant, and unwelcoming tone. Their maintenance team gives band-aid solutions and nothing gets fixed. I had a black mold issue that I called multiple times about that was never fixed. They came in a sprayed white paint on top of it . This issue is still present. I think that is the reason I have always been sick since moving here. You wake up and the water doesn’t work, smells bad, or it’s brown.The water is so bad that it turns your tub orange. Not to mention the shower pressure is terrible - you might as well use a water bottle to shower. I am pretty sure we went 3-4 days without water and used water bottles to brush our teeth and went to family members houses to shower. They allow the people who live here to let their pets run loose without a leash and their pets poop EVERYWHERE including the walk ways, so be careful where you step at all times or you’re likely to step in it and bring it into the building and it will not get cleaned up. The only apartments they keep well kept are the apartments in the leasing office. When we first came to view they showed us an apartment in the leasing office and said that would be our location and then when we went to move in it was not, so please be aware. The rent should be so much cheaper than what it is for the experience you get at this place. Everybody who has lived here has had a poor experience and only stay because of the lease. RUN. I feel like I should file a lawsuit against this place. I doubt that I will receive my security deposit back seems as though they keep everyone’s."

"Worse place to rent from, haven't even been here a full month and maintenance never comes out to fix anything. Our bathroom has been flooding into the closet in the hall way. Our only bathroom isn't functioning, and backing up with sewage in the drains. Have called the "24hour onsite maintenance" number multiple times for this issue and still haven't came out to fix it! Complete unlivable conditions not to mention a huge health code violation! We've tried to reach out to property management who just ignore us. The whole downstairs to 7320 always smells horrible like sewage water. Not to mention the laundry room is currently also flooded with sewage."

"I would stay away! I just moved in and haven’t had a properly working toilet or bathtub in the almost month I’ve been here. Maintenance never shows and property staff don’t care. The building smells like sewage all the time. We are living in a building where EVERYONE is having issues and they continue to ignore it. The amount of legal actions started against this place is insane. Do not move here"

"This property group should be shut down by the Health Department or HUD. We dealt with black mold in the basement and in the ducts of our townhouse. When we asked that it be professionally remediated and cleaned, they sent the maintenance guy who used some bleach solution that did nothing. We would smell mold every single time we would turn on our heat or AC. Upon leaving, we gave two months notice and received confirmation that we would be moving out at the end of our lease. We received a collection notice from them two months later for another month that was not part of our lease. In addition, we did not receive our security deposit back and received no explanation as to why. We have since sent them a demand letter and now will be seeing them in court for double damages. STAY AWAY."
