"Doesn’t salt the parking lot, doesn’t plow the parking lot, will not allow the tenants to put anything on the steps to prevent falls. Cheap outdated apartments. Hasn’t updated wiring which results in constant power outages. I’ve been living here since June (6 months) and we’ve had 4 power outages. Everything runs on electric including your heat."

"I lived here for several years and never had any issues. It's not the fanciest place, but the price is perfect for someone wanting a basic apartment in an excellent community (Green, OH). Located near the Massillon, Akron/Canton Airport and Shuffle Rd exits off 77, you have easy access to both Akron and Canton. You're also only 1 mile from Boettler Park and 1.5 miles from The Twisted Olive."

"Never been but if this guy has anything to do with it I can only imagine. Has thrown bags of dog carp on our vehicles, illegally restrained us from leaving/ blocking driveway, damaged & stolen property, has constantly harassed us and even leaves strange letters, has damaged my vehicle have video of him underneath my car with a hammer while we were asleep? And has just put us through hell still curious on who he really is?seeing he has also impersonated being a city official"

"terrible place, there were dead roaches in the bathtub when my son toured the apartment, he had no clue they were roaches. He moved in any way and cleaned the tub himself. My husband stopped by and noticed roaches running across the floor and told my son what they were. Unfortunately my son didn't want to bother with calling anyone to treat them. After moving out my son was charged for carpet that was supposedly replaced $263.97, cleaning the tub $15(the tub was cleaned with bleach upon him vacating), spraying twice for roaches $106.5, although the manager knows very well they were there prior to him moving in. He was also charged for cleaning the stove and oven $30 and replacing burners/trays although he barely used them. The stove and oven were cleaner than when he moved in. The 30 year old laminate in kitchen was supposedly replaced due to cigarette burns that were already there $150(my son does not smoke). When I helped him move out, I noticed the stairway was only attached to the building with maybe 3 bolts, the rest were loose, the stairway was pulled away from the building, there was a used water heater stored in plain site under the stairs. The apartments are poorly maintained and obviously is ran by a slumlord who keeps security deposits and tries to charge even more money for bogus repairs. Nothing in the apartment looked like it had been replaced in the past 30 years aside from the living room carpet when he lived there, and it was cheap commercial grade carpet. Stay far, far away, if only we could give -5 stars"
