"There were no stoppers in 2 of the 3 sinks. There was no stopper in the tub. The over flow on the tub was not convered. There was no hot water. One of the lamps didn't have a way to turn it on or off. The towel racks look like they were hung on. The coat rack had to be replaced but they didn't repair the wall behind it. End tables were stained and had broken handles. Desk chair felt like you could fall backward in it if you sat back in it. The curtains were not hung on the rods. The tv & microwave & fridge were good. Bed was comfortable."

"If there was a negative star indicator it would be negative five stars. This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting and it's in the heart of North Canton ohio? I find that really hard to believe! The one gentleman was nice to a certain extent but as they were processing my refund they charge my card again for the same amount! The room looked absolutely disgusting and look like it ... A hole in the wall motel in the middle of nowhere that has been renovated since 1954! I am just at a loss for work so how this place isn't even open with all the health code violations that it has alone! The smell alone smells like nickel! It literally leaves the taste of nickel in your mouth after being in there for 5 minutes! Do not and I mean do not look a stay here you can get an Airbnb for just a couple bucks more and it is literally night and day! As I said I'm just absolutely baffled that this place is even open or allowed to be open! Absolutely terrifying and disgusting! I can't believe human beings stay in there! Trust me I get it what times are tough you try to find the best price you can find in a tough situation however no human being in 2023 should be subject to stay in that place I will definitely be contacting the health department and the Better Business Bureau!"

"0 out of 10 for the hotel. Hands down the WORST hotel I've ever been to. I understand the price was low, but how is this place even open? How can it possibly pass inspection? The website is completely misleading. What we walked into was NOT what was online. There was no way my family and I were staying here. We drove all the way from Nashville, coming here for the Hall of Fame. We ended up leaving, having to get ANOTHER hotel room. The ONLY good thing I can say is the gentleman at the front desk was very personable and friendly. So, because of him, and only him, this hotel nastiness gets a 3 out of 10."

"I loved this place so much! The people who work here are amazing and deserve raises, the guests were amazing, and I won’t ever stay in any other hotel when coming to North Canton! Thanks for an awesome stay, a clean and comfortable room, and a quiet and safe environment!"

"This is a very nice budget hotel. For this price you're obviously not going to get the Hilton, but if you're looking for a clean, safe place to stay for a good price then this is it. My King room has a fridge, microwave, little kitchenette area, and good sized room. Everything I need. We have service dogs and they allow our service dogs we just showed our papers and it has been no issue. The girl at the front desk is so kind and helpful. There's a coin operated laundry area if you need to do laundry. 5 stars all around!!"
