"Lived here for about a year and 4 months, best part about this property is that it’s quiet, never really heard any neighbors or anything. The surrounding neighborhood is nice too. I lived in a studio and overall it was nice for the price. I would of stayed living there but I took a job an hour north and didn’t want an hour commute everyday. The property manager Liz was nice and helpful when I had to reach out to her."

"I've been here for six years now and haven't had any major issues. The management here is great. Kristy does a fantastic job with working with each tenant. My heat/ac went out recently and maintenance came over and have a new one in within two days. Affordable apartments and the location is perfect."
"I stayed here for 6 months before I left the state for school. Keith the previous manager was always willing to help and had maintenance come in a timely manner. My heater stopped working and they took some time to come fix it so he brought me a floor heater. Very nice guy. The new manager Kristy is very nice. She's willing to help and easy to get along with. I ended up putting up a blanket in front of the blinds to keep light out. I was literally right as you turn in. I never had an issue with them. They always ask if it's ok to come in if your not home"
