"Beautiful apartments w/beautiful landscaping. Great location. Quiet w/very nice neighbors. No designated parking for handicap tenants. Unable to keep maintenance staff, therefore it takes a while for things to get fixed. Many fireplaces are nonfunctional, however this was not disclosed prior to move in. Flooding issues with back buildings (also not disclosed prior to move in). Their nondisclosure doesnt give tenants the opportunity to get flood insurance. They do provide flood bags to help prevent rainwater from getting in during heavy rains & they notify tenants when heavy rains are expected as well as where the bags are located."
